5-6 Beef soup bones
2-5 Ribs of Celery
4 Large Carrots
1 Large Yellow Onion, cut into quarters
8-10 cloves of Garlic
5-6 Bay Leaves
2 T. whole peppercorns
Salt, Pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste
2 T. Worshestershire Sauce
10-quart stock pot
Water

Optional: Fresh Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Roast soup bones, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic in the oven at 400º until dark brown, about 1-1.5 hours. Add the roasted bones and vegetables to the stockpot along with the seasonings. If adding fresh herbs, add them as well, and then cover with water. I

Bring to a boil. Once it is at a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for 5-6 hours.

You can use stock immediately, freeze or bottle it in a pressure canner.
