2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
6 c. milk
4 vegetable bouillon cubes
1 (16 oz) package of frozen broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in water. Puree in blender-water & broccoli.
Melt butter, saute onion, low heat until tender.
Add flour, stiring until smooth; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and bouillon cubes; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Add broccoli. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt & pepper to taste.
Freezes well.
