1 (14oz) bottle catsup
1 cup bourbon
1cup dark brown sugar
4 packages (8oz. ea.) miniature cocktail franks, or 2 (16oz) regular frankfurters, cut into 1 inch chunks

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, mix all ingredients except frankfurters. Cover and simmer at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
(Can be made ahead at this point.Cover and refrigereate up to 24 hours. Reheat sauce until hot.)
Add frankfurters and simmer until heated through, about 5 minutes. To serve, spoon into chafing dish. Makes about 64 appetizer servings. About 70 calories each.
