1 - 5.3oz Can of Evaporated Milk
3/4 Cup Melted Butter
1-12oz Package Chocolate Chips
1 Bag of Caramels
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, combine cake mix and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 1/3 cup melted butter.
2. Put 1/2 of this in a 9x13 buttered pan. Bake for 6-10 minutes at 375ºF.
3. Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in double boiler. Keep warm.
4. Over hot crust, pour one bag of chocolate chips, allow to melt, spread.
5. Top with caramel mixture.
6. Crumble remaining cake mix over top and bake 15-20 minutes at 350ºF.
