Ingredients:
Potatoes
Eggs
Mayo
Mustard
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bag of potatoes, wash them and put them into a pot. Cover potatoes with water, and make sure the potatoes are all submerged in the water. Add a lot of salt to the water and boil until fork tender.

Same thing with the eggs. Put the eggs into a pot, cover with water, once they start to boil, turn to a low heat, and let simmer for about 20 minutes.

Once they are done, set them on a plate or baking sheet and let them cool completely.

Peel the potatoes and eggs and cut up into small pieces.

Add mayo and mustard (just a squirt), salt and pepper and mix. Taste as you go so you can add more mayo if it looks too dry, and salt and pepper if needed. Let it sit for a couple of hours in the fridge before eating so all the flavors can mingle and get to know each other, and then it's a party in your mouth.
