1/2 t. kosher salt or black salt
2 c. spring mix
2 c. baby spinach leaves
1 c. thinly sliced red onion
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
1 c. grape tomatoes, halved
2 c. bite sized watermelon chunks

Directions:

Combine spring mix lettuce, spinach, onion, & tomatoes in a large bowl.

Add feta cheese, watermelon, and finish with kosher salt or black salt.

Toss and serve with dressing.
