1-1/2 c. walnut pieces
1-pint strawberries, quartered
1-10 oz bag iceberg lettuce
1- 5 oz. bag baby spinach
4 oz. container of feta cheese
1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread walnuts on a baking sheet. Toast in preheated oven until walnuts turn golden brown and become fragrant, 5-7 minutes. Let cool.

Toss toasted walnuts, strawberries, iceberg lettuce, spinach, feta cheese, red onion, and black pepper in a large bowl.

Serve with Brianna's Blush wine vinaigrette.
