6 Chicken Breasts, halved
Salt and Pepper
2 c. All-Purpose Flour
2 c. Buttermilk
Cooking Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Coat each piece with flour.
Dip in buttermilk, then coat again with flour.
In deep skillet, heat cooking oil, 2 inches deep, to 350º.
Reduce heat to keep oil at 325º.
Cook chicken, a few pieces at a time, in deep hot oil 10 minutes or till done, turning once.
Drain well on paper toweling.
Keep warm til serving time.
