Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Stir gently, reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and let the rice simmer for approximately 7-10 minutes. Remove from heat, let it rest for 10 minutes, then spread it on a tray and refrigerate or freeze to cool. For optimal results, prepare the rice the day before.

Vegetables:
I prefer using simple frozen vegetables. The quantity is up to your preference. Place in wok with oil & cook slightly. Add rice and garlic butter and fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley. Add soy sauce provides the desired taste, and a hint of chili paste can never be a bad idea.

Cook Egg:
For the best results, cook the egg separately. This allows the egg to retain its fluffy texture and original flavor, while also preventing it from absorbing unwanted odors. I whisk my eggs thoroughly then I drizzle into a buttered pan. Finally, I slowly simmer my eggs on a medium to low heat. The technique in the video is quite fun. Using a nonstick pan makes it easier.

Mix in egg & protein / Serve!
