- 3 Cans Tuna, drained
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- Green Pepper, diced
- Large bunch cilantro, diced
- Red onion, diced
- Cucumber, peeled, de-seeded, & diced
- Small can pickled jalapeno (optional)
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- Juice from lemon
- Mayo w/lime juice
- Onion powder
- Black pepper
- Salt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

***You can season regular mayo with fresh lime juice**
Start small: Begin with 1 teaspoon of lime juice per 1/2 cup of mayonnaise


Typically use a minimum of 1/4 cup of mayo for 2 cans of mayo. You will add/adjust to your preference.
