2 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 t vanilla
2 cups flour
2 t baking soda
20 oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl until well combined. In small bowl, whisk flour and baking soda. Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture. Once fully incorporated, add pineapple (with juice). Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 pan and bake for 40 minutes.

8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Set cream cheese and butter out a couple of hours ahead of time to soften. Mix butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Add vanilla, mix again. Slowly add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
