For Pudding:
1 cup flour
¾ cup sugar
1½ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup syrup drained from fruit cocktail
1 egg, unbeaten
1½ cups drained fruit cocktail (#1 can)
For topping:
½ cup chopped nuts
¼ cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix the first five ingredients together in bowl. Add the syrup and egg. Blend well. Stir in drained fruit cocktail. Spread evenly in greased 8x8 inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar. Bake 50-60 minutes until set at center. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
