2 large, firm tomatoes cut in half crosswise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tsps. dried basil leaves
1 1/2 tsps. lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease 8-inch square baking dish. Mix together cheese, basil leaves and lemon pepper. Place tomatoes, cut side up, in greased baking dish. Top each with Parmesan cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until soft and thoroughly heated.
