2 pkgs. (8 ½ oz. each) Jiffy corn muffin mix
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
½ c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 16 oz. can creamed corn

1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. In a large bowl, cream all the ingredients except the muffin mix.
3. Add the muffin mix.
4. Pour into a greased 9x13" pan.
5. Bake for ~35 minutes
