Pone of cornbread
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. sweet onion, finely chopped
1 lb. of bacon, cooled crispy and crumbled
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. tomatoes, chopped or cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
2 c. yellow, red, and orange bell peppers, finely diced (green peppers if you choose)
2 15.5 oz. cans of great northern bean, drained and rinsed (pinto beans can be substituted) or fresh cooked beans
2 15 oz. can of sweet corn, drained
16 oz. favorite bottled salad dressing (Like JFG) or bottled ranch dressing
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Use a large baking dish or trifle bowl to layer salad.
Layer half of ingredients in order:
cornbread
beans
corn
peppers
sweet onion
tomatoes
green onions
bacon
cheese
Repeat layering, except for remaining bacon and cheese. Thin salad dressing with milk and pour over salad. Top with remaining cheese cheese and bacon.
