2/3 cup gluten-free soy sauce

2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
4 lbs bone-in chicken thighs, skin on

Directions:
Combine the glaze ingredients in small saucepan and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened and glossy.
Brush sauce over the chicken on a greased roaster or 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375º for 35 - 45 minutes, basting with more sauce halfway through.
Baste again, then broil for 2 minutes for a sticky, caramelized finish.
Fill a pot with enough water to cover the broccoli and bring to a boil.
Add the frozen broccoli and cook for 4 - 6 minutes, until it pierces easily with a fork but is not mushy.
Drain and add to a large, hot skillet or wok.
Toss with remaining glaze and serve hot.
