10-12 ounces Frozen Chopped Broccoli, thawed and drained
1 large Onion, chopped
6 ounces Cottage Cheese
1 stick Butter or Margarine, melted
4 Eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Salt
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, adding cornbread mix last. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan (heated). Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes.
