1 cup butter - melted
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 15 oz can cream style corn
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan
2. Beat together butter and sugar in large bowl
3 Beat in eggs one at a time
4 Blend in corn and cheeses
5. Blend flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and add to corn mixture
6 Pour batter into the prepared pan
7. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean
8. Slice into squares

I made this on 7/20/2025. It turned out perfectly although I had to pull it from oven about 5 minutes early.
