1 pound ground beef
1/4 c. water
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Toppings:
chopped lettuce
tomatoes, chopped
shredded cheddar cheese
crushed tortilla chips or Doritos
1 can of corn- drained
1 can of black olives, rinsed and drained
Guacamole
Sour cream
1/3 c. Catalina dressing
Salsa
Lime juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Add the water and taco seasoning to the skillet; stir until meat is well coated. Cook an additional 10 minutes. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, crushed chips, corn, and olives.

Add the cooked ground beef to the bowl and toss everything together.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.

Top the salad with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, extra cheese, lime juice and extra Catalina dressing, if desired.
