2 lb. Hamburger
1 yellow Pepper
1 small Onion
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper or Cayenne Pepper
Taco Seasoning
Sour Cream (I like to mix Jalapeno Ranch in)
Cheddar or Taco Shredded Cheese
1 package Hawaiian Rolls
Butter (mixed with onion & garlic powder)

Brown hamburger with pepper, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. I usually add cookies flavor enhancer and Mrs. Dash to the meat also. Drain meat add taco seasoning and sour cream mixture. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half spread meat and top with cheese. Place top of rolls back on and brush with butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and rolls are crisp. (I usually cover for the first 10-15 minutes baking)

You can add jalapeno pepper rings & tomatoes if you prefer. (can be either before baking or after). Could also top with lettuce after baking if you like.
