Ingredients: Meatballs½ 1 cup mozzarella cheese ½ onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 6-8 brown mushrooms, diced 1½ lbs ground beef (pork or chicken if you desire) 2 tbs parsley 1 tsp Himalayan salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp basil 1/4 cup all almond flour
Sauce 1¾ cup crushed tomatoes 1/2 tsp parsley 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 Himalayan salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 cup water

Directions:Preheat oven to 400F. Thinly chop onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Add to a bowl add in ground beef and combine all ingredients together and knead with your hands until well combined. Separate the meat mixture into piles then take ¼ of the meat and separate into ½. Top one of the ½ with mozzarella cheese and then cover with other ½ and roll into a ball. Repeat until all meat has been used. Place in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. (Do not turn off oven you will need again) Once meatballs are done cover with tomato sauce sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
Serve Hot. |
