1- 3 to 4 lb pork roast
1 T chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 1 lime
1 can of beer of choice
1/2 yellow onion
1 jalapeno

Directions:
Directions:
Mix seasonings and rub roast liberally, and add to crock pot. Chop onion and jalapeno (can remove seeds for less heat). Add onion, jalapeno, orange juice, lime juice, and beer to the crockpot. Cook for 8 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high.
When done, shred the meat and add it to the tortilla with your favorite taco toppings.
