20 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
1 large onion, chopped
8 Tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves of garlic, minced
6 large eggs, beaten
16 ounces cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons flour
I pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a well greased casserole dish (approximately 9” x 12”)
Bake at 350 degrees
