2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 block cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crockpot and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Pour Rotel and chicken broth over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Remove the chicken and shred.
Stir the cream cheese and cheese in slow cooker until melted and smooth.
Return the shredded chicken into crockpot and mix to coat in cheese sauce.

Spoon chicken into taco shells and add toppings.
