12 ounces fresh Cranberries
1½ cup Sugar (divided)
8 ounce can Crushed Pineapple (undrained)
½ cup Walnuts
2 cups Mini Marshmallows
8 ounces Cream Cheese
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, combine cranberries, 1 cup sugar, walnuts, and crushed pineapple. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Beat until smooth. Add whipping cream to the mixture and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Fold cranberry mixture and marshmallows into the cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
