1 cup All Purpose Flour
⅓ cup Olive Oil
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix flour, oil, and salt. Add water last. Form dough into 6 balls and press into disks onto the prepared baking sheet using your hands. Score with toothpicks and/or pizza cutter. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until just starting to brown. Leftovers freeze well.

I learned how to make this in 2020 during quarantine. That season still seems surreal in my memory. God be praised, for He is the same yesterday, today, and forever; even in times of uncertainty.
