15.5 ounce can of Pink Salmon
1 cup crushed Cracker Crumbs
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Meal
2 Eggs
⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
Tabasco or Hot Sauce to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the salmon, reserving the liquid for later. Remove skin and bones from salmon. Break into small pieces. Add cracker crumbs, flour, meal, eggs, and black pepper. Add hot sauce if desired. Add the reserved liquid to the mixture, enough to make the mixture pliable. Shape into egg-shaped balls and drop into hot oil. Cook until brown and done inside. Drain on paper towels. Serve with pepper sauce or plain.
