1 pound Ground Beef
1 small Onion
1 can Mild Enchilada Sauce
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 pound Cheese
1 dozen Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onions. Add sauce, soups, chopped peppers, and milk. Make alternating layers of tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with chips.
