3 pkgs frozen lima beans
10 slices bacon
1 medium onion chopped
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
1 ¾ c. milk
3 T. flour
½ t. oregano
1 8 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook lima beans as directed.
2. Fry bacon until crisp. Set aside.
3. In 3 T. of bacon grease, fry onions until tender. Set aside.
4. In same skillet, stir in flour and make a paste.
5. Add milk. Cook and stir until thick.
6. Mix limas with dry dressing and oregano. Add to cream sauce, stir.
7. Put ⅓ of lima mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
8. Sprinkle ⅓ bacon, onions, and cheese on top.
9. Repeat layers ending with cheese.
10. Bake in covered casserole for 45 minutes at 350º.
