20 oz. frozen hash browns
32 oz. chicken broth
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1 c. water
1/4 c. onion diced
1 tbsp. minced garlic
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. heavy cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In the crockpot, add potatoes, carrots, bacon, water, onion, broth, salt, pepper and garlic. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.

Whisk flour and cream together until smooth and add in slow cooker after cooking is complete. Cook an additional 30 minutes.

Add cheese prior to serving.
Serve with additional cheese, sour cream, bacon and green onions.
