Rotisserie chicken, shredded
3 c. chicken broth
28 oz. whole canned tomatoes, cut in half
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 stalks celery
1 small onion chopped
4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
12 oz. bag of frozen lima beans
12 oz. bag of frozen corn
salt, pepper and sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, combine the broth, tomatoes, onions and potatoes. Bring to a boil and then lower heat to medium-low. Simmer until potatoes are done.

Add the remaining ingredients and return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 3 hours. Add more broth if needed to thin the stew.

Can be cooked in slow cooker (low for 6-8 hours).
