1 box Raisin Bran 15 oz
5 cups flour
3 cups sugar
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
2 tsp salt
1 cup oil
1 quart sour milk (I used part sour cream and rest was half and half or milk and 1 tbsp vinegar) or buttermilk
4 eggs

Mix cereal and dry ingredients. Mix oil, eggs, and sour milk. Stir into dry ingredients and let stand a half hour. Preheat oven to 400, line muffin tins with cupcake papers, put about 1/3 cup into each and bake for 18 minutes or slightly less. Batter keeps in fridge for six weeks.
