2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 48oz jar Prego sauce
1 16oz container Ricotta cheese
4 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
salt, pepper to taste
1 16oz pkg Lasagna noodles, cooked and drained.

Preheat oven to 350º. In a skillet, thoroughly brown beef, drain excess fat. Add Prego sauce and simmer. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 3 cups mozzarella cheese, and ½ pkg of parmesan cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Evenly spread meat sauce on the bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer the noodles about 4 on top of meat, then add layer of cheese mixture and then a layer of meat sauce. Repeat layer twice. Top with noodles, remaining meat sauce and remaining pkg of parmesan cheese.
Bake covered. 45 minutes. Uncover top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts and turns golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
