½ cup oil
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 cup unsweetened applesauce or sweetened can be used
¼ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1¾ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon add 1 tsp extra for more cinnamon flavor
1 tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp salt

Preheat on to 350º. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. or lightly spray the insides of the pan with baking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk the oil, sugar, and brown sugar together.
Add the eggs, whisking until well combined.
Add applesauce, vanilla, and sour cream and whisk together until smooth.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and stir together just until combined, without overmixing batter.
Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. You can split into 2 small loafs inf desire and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven. Remove from pan and cool on cooking rack.
If desire after cooled top with Cinnamin Cream Cheese Frosting.
