2 tsp. yeast (one packet)
3-5 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil
¼ tsp. salt
2½-3 c. flour

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Knead and rise 30 min. Grease pan with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.

I often spread dough on a cookie sheet lined with a silpat mat for thinner crust. I let it rise while I add the sauce and toppings.

Add sauce (1 can tomato sauce, 1 can tomato paste, 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning; mix all together), toppings, and bake at 400º until crust is light brown.
