Juice of 1/2 large lemon, Fresh squeezed
White wine vinegar
3 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
MCT oil or organic canola oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp pasta sprinkle
2 tsp. of organic Yacon syrup or molasses
a couple dashed of stevia to taste or sugar

Put lemon juice into a 2-cup glass measuring bowl then add the white wine vinegar to the 1/3 line. Add the 3 tbsp. of olive oil then fill to the one cup mark with MCT oil. add the next 6 ingredients and blend well with emerge blender, put in a glass jar (pint) and refrigerate until ready to use

The pasta sprinkle is just a blend of Italian spices like basil, oregano, garlic
Yocon syrup is a low glycemic sweetener that taste like a mild molasses
I use Stevia to avoid the extra sugar.
