1 cup water
1 cup All purpose flour

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until smooth. It should be runny.
In nonstick pan over medium heat scoop in about 1/4 cup of mixture tilting pan to cover bottom cook till lightly brown flip cook an additional 15 to 20 seconds remove from heat butter and add whatever topping you want jelly apple butter, powdered sugar honey rolling into tube shape and enjoy also good with syrup
