Directions:
1) Wash the peaches
2) Cut into slices (NO PEELING REQUIRED) (THE EASIEST WAY TO CUT A PEACH IS TO RUN A SMALL PARING KNIFE ALL THE WAY AROUND THE PEACH, PULL THE TWO HALVES, THEN REMOVE THE PIT. AFTER THIS, IT’S EASY TO SLICE.

3) SOAK THE PEACH SLICES IN A LEMON JUICE BATH for 5 MINUTES. 4 CUPS WATER + 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE.

IMPORTANT: AS YOUR CUTTING THE SLICES - DUMP YOUR PEACHES IN THIS LEMON BATH.

4) Drain. Either dump the peaches into a colander or scoop them out with a slotted spoon. Let them sit on a baking sheet propped up on one end to drain more thoroughly.
5) Arrange on a large baking sheet.
6) Freeze for 4 hours to overnight.
