Cilantro
4 Jalapenos
1 bunch Green Onions
1 Large can of whole Peeled Tomatoes
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stems off jalapenos and cook in a small pot of water until softened.
Chop half the bunch of cilantro and place in a mixing bowl.
Slice green onions about halfway up stems. Add to the bowl with the cilantro.
Add remaining green onion stems, can of tomatoes, 2 jalapenos and a TBS of salt to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste for salt and heat.
Add more salt or jalapenos to reach your desired taste.
Add mixture from the blender to your onions and cilantro.

Refrigerate until cold.
