1 4oz. jar diced pimientos drained
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp finely grated onion
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp dried mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
1 8oz block EXTRA sharp cheddar cheese finely shredded
1 8oz block sharp cheddar cheese shredded
4 oz Philly cream cheese softened
red pepper flakes and hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Using a mixer stir pimiento and Worcestershire sauce into mayonnaise. Add all of the seasonings to mayonnaise mixture. Blend in the softened cream cheese until smooth. STIR the cheddar cheeses into the mixture until well combined. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container or individual covered containers for about 1 week. Serve with crackers or on sandwiches.
