1 rotisserie chicken (skinned, deboned and diced OR
ONE large cooked, diced chicken breast (no skin)
2 ribs - diced celery
4 green onions diced
1/2 cup walnuts-chopped
1/2 can chunk pineapple #20 size can drained
1 cup whole green grapes
1 cup Hellman’s mixed w/4 Tbls milk
Dash of curry (just a dash)
Salt and pepper lightly and mix well.
Refrigerate and serve on a Croissant bun with lettuce

This is a delicious recipe from my dear late friend Ruthie.
We used to serve this as a sandwich with potato casserole a fruit salad and brownies before an afternoon of cards.
Lots of ice tea and wine followed.
