3 (11 oz) cans MexiCorn (sweet corn & diced red & green peppers) drained
1 7 oz Can Chopped green chiles
1 6 oz Can Chopped jalapeno peppers drained and liquid added to taste
1/2 C green onion chopped
1 C mayonnaise
1 C sour cream
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2-3 bags Fritos Scoop corn chips

Directions:

1. Large bowl:: mix all ingredients except chips
2. Chill 2 hours to overnight
3. Serve with Frito Scoops

Jesse's Notes: I used corn from grilled corn on the cob, seasoned with butter and chili powder seasoning mix. 1/2 the amount of jalapenos and seasoned to taste with pepper and garlic salt
