Large rice paper wrappers (three ladies)
Carrots-julianne
Mango-ribboned
Cucumbers-sticks
Lettuce-shredded iceberg
Chicken breast
Shrimp
Cilantro
Mint or Basil
Thai noodles-reconstituted

Peanut sauce:
¾ c sugar
¼ c white or rice vinegar
¼ t salt
¼ mushroom soy sauce
¾ c peanut butter chunky

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare filling to get ready to assemble.

Prepare peanut sauce:
Combine sugar and vinegar on low burner until melted and smooth. Add salt and mushroom soy sauce and mix well. Add peanut butter on low burner until it starts to bubble. Let sauce sit and cool down.
