Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350

CAKE: (can also be used for cupcakes/sheet cake)
Soften butter with flavoring.
Sift flour and sugar over butter mixture 1/2 at a time.
Mix in 3 tbsp of milk and 1 egg. (300 strokes)
Add the rest of the flour and sugar mix with 3 more tbsp of milk. (150 strokes)
Cupcakes: Bake 350 for 18 minutes - 6 cupcakes
Layer cake: 20 minutes

CRUMB MIXTURE: Use disposable 9x13 aluminum pan.
Mix all the powdered ingredients together and cinnamon
Use softened butter and your hands to make crumbs and add the vanilla while making crumbs. Add more flour if too wet.
Spread cake mix on bottom of aluminum pan, it will be a thin layer. Place crumbs on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or more until done. I like to brown crumbs a little bit.

When completely cooled down, sprinkle and cover with generous amount of powder sugar.
