3 C milk
2 small boxes instant french vanilla pudding
1 8 oz container cool whip


Topping:
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp white karo syrup
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c cocoa
1 1/2 C powdered sugar

Directions:
Beat pudding and milk; fold in cool whip. Line bottom of 13x9 cake pan with graham crackers( not crumbs). Put 1/2 of pudding mixture on top of crackers. Then another layer of crackers, rest of pudding. Top with one more layer of crackers.
Topping
Melt butter; add karo, milk and vanilla. Heat throughly. Add cocoa and powdered sugar. Pour over top of dessert. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

You are using baking cocoa, not cocoa mix
