1 pound ground beef
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup pork rind crumbs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 pkg. pepperoni, chopped
2 T. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. white pepper
Mix lightly adding another egg if needed. Scoop with small cookie scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet and place in freezer. After frozen bag into Ziplock bags if using withing a week or two. For a longer time place in food saver bags.
To bake from frozen use Air Fryer preheated at 400* for about 12 minutes or until 150*.
You can also bake in 400* oven for about 20-25 minutes. Can broil a few minutes to crisp up at the end.
