1/2 lb cooked ham, chopped fine
1/2 lb provolone cheese, shredded or chopped fine
2 Tbsp grated parmesan
1 egg
pepper
12 frozen empanada shells, thawed
canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the filling ingredients.
Spoon a heaping tablespoonful of filling onto each empanada shell, then fold over and crimp the edges to seal.
Fry in hot oil on each side until golden brown.
