1 - 16 oz can whole kernel corn (drain reserving 1/4 cup liquid
1 - 16 oz can creamed corn
2 eggs
2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk milk
1/2 cup melted butter
2 Tblsp. Instant minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
40 Saltine cracker squares- coarsely crumbled
12 - oz shredded SWISS cheese ( no substitute)
Add the reserved corn liquid and mix by hand well.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour in a 2qt. glass baking pan-
Bake in a 325* oven for one hour. Let stand a bit before serving. I usually double this recipe, as it is so good it’s gone too soon.
