1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp Hidden Valley™ Ranch Seasoning, Dressing & Dip Mix
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 6 oz. each)
6 Tbsp panko crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning powder and Parmesan cheese in a bowl until well combined. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tops of the chicken; then sprinkle evenly with the panko crumbs. TIP: Fresh chicken should be pink in color. A pale hue could indicate that the meat has been on the shelf too long.
Bake 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
