1 stick melted Butter or Margarine
1 pkg. Yellow or Chocolate Cake Mix
1 large Egg

1 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
2 Eggs
1 box Confectioners' Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first set of ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

In a bowl mix second set of ingredients.
Mix well and pour over the cake mixture.
Bake in 350º oven for 35 or 40 minutes.
Other cake mix flavors are also good.
